We would like to inform you that an essential upgrade is scheduled for the Cerberus SFTP Service on both the Digital Airlock and HSCN SFTP Portal. This upgrade is aimed at enhancing the service's performance and security features. The upgrade process will necessitate a brief period of downtime in the Cerberus Service. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and will strive to minimize the duration of the downtime.
The upgrade is planned for Tuesday 26th September between 12:00pm and 13:00pm. We ask during this time that no data is uploaded or downloaded on either platform.
