To help ensure year-end stability and minimise risk during the holiday period, a formal Change Freeze will be in effect from Friday 12 December 2025 through to Monday 5 January 2026.

During this time:

• No non-essential changes will be implemented across production environments.

• Emergency changes will require approval from the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and relevant service owners.

• Planned maintenance, upgrades or deployments must be scheduled outside the freeze window.

This freeze helps safeguard service continuity during a period of reduced staffing and heightened business sensitivity. Please plan accordingly, and contact us if you have any questions or require an exception.
